THERE MUST BE AN EASIER WAY" -- Getting A New Car for Christmas
Michele (Sippy) headed to Missouri for Christmas and found herself in the midst of a blizzard. So, wanting a new car anyway she let her brother take her car for a spin. Thankfully, he survived the crash and is OK, but the car was totalled. Sippy is now the proud owner of a new car payment errr I mean 2003 Hyundai Sonata. Rides available, call for times.

WHEN ONE HURTS WE ALL HURT" -- Extreme Literal Interpretation
Jan (Lilandria) found gravity working just fine and broke her ankle proving it. Although it is not hurting as badly as she expected she is wearing a nice comfy boot to protect it. Of course being greatly loved by many, her friend Krista (sista) went the extra mile to show empathy by promptly breaking several of her toes. Ouch! Please let it be known that we all hurt with you both and pray for you but are not planning on hurling ourselves down any stairs to prove it. (heh heh) Keep Jan and Krista in your prayers as they recover.

THE U.K. DIET" -- Qex is For Kids, Silly Rabbit!
Nicole (Qex) is living and working in the UK. She has managed to stay away from sweetmeats and blood pudding, but unfortunately she is living mostly on cereal and craves a bowl of macaroni and cheese! Actually cost of living is high in London and prayers are appreciated for getting around and for fellowship.

ABSENT BUT PROBABLY NOT SILENT" -- Preaching The Gospel
E-van and TXKia may not be online chatting but you can bet the enemy wishes they would shut up. They are on our hearts and both continue to serve God and can use all the prayer they can get. (Especially TXKia who continues to minister in Texas but who makes it regularly back to the US to evangelize.) Revival is deeply needed everywhere so E-van's ministry is also greatly appreciated. You are both loved.. now if we could just remember what you looked like!

CHAIN MEMBERS HAVE TOO MUCH MONEY?" -- Solutions Available
We begin 2003, a bad economy and a world balanced on the edge of war. It is a good thing God is in control and watching over us. Of course, the problem of too much money plagues many of us (in the word's of Tevya "If being rich is a curse, may God strike me with it and may I never recover!) ... one could always send a few dollars to CHAIN to keep it online. Mike (onevoice) was going to try and raise the money from pledges but poor health has prevented him from doing so. CHAIN extends a special thank you to those who have helped CHAIN stay online for as long as it has. Please do not send more than $600,000 as that is the lifetime limit of giving established by the US government. (However, if you must give away more I can provide a list of many members willing to get out of debt. [GRIN!!]) Thank you to all of you for ministering to one another and for praying for each other. May this be a great year of service to the Lord.
